Red, White, and Blue

This set began as a pearl white base coat. Traditional style symmetrically placed flame work was then laid out. The inside of these flames were sprayed kandy blue with flecks of sparkle and brilliant stars throughout. Then the red and white rolling flag graphics were laid out, drawn, masked, and cut out. Each line was hand airbrushed to create the rolling effect with shadows. The empty space between the graphics and flames was intigrated with lightning effects over black.
