Customer Experience
We understand how unnerving it can be to send your parts off to a shop site unseen, so we work very hard to make the entire process as worry free as possible with a focus on communication and customer service to go along with our amazing paint.
Deciding on a paint design is often the hardest part of the process for many of our customers. Although some customers come to us knowing exactly what they would like, others are not so sure. For those customers our website has many designs that you can use as a jumping off point. Since every Show Finish job is customizable, however, the sky is the limit. See a design element from one gallery, but a color you like from another? No problem. Have a tattoo or picture of something meaningful you would like to incorporate in your design or have us work off of? Again, no problem. We are happy to give you as much guidance as needed during this part of the process. We want your bike to be just that—yours!
We work very hard to give you not only an amazing paint job, but also a first class customer service experience. We stay in touch with you throughout the process to ensure we are on the same page. Pictures are posted to your gallery during each step of the paint process to allow you to see the work in progress, ask any questions you have about what is being done and provide feedback for changes if needed. We want to eliminate the potential for any surprises when your set arrives.
After the process is completed your parts will get one last set of “final” pictures. We try to take both inside and outside shots, but Oregon weather doesn’t always afford us this opportunity. Either way, the final shots will give you one last look before we carefully wrap and pack your set with our Sealed Air system for return shipping. We will ship your new masterpiece with tracking numbers and insurance using FedEx for domestic shipments. International carriers vary. We will include your paid invoice, extra business cards, a Cutting Edge T-shirt and a thank-you letter with care instructions for your set as well as our gratitude for your business.
Once you have received, inspected and assembled your set, we encourage you to send us pictures of your bike so we can put them on our site. Our entire team takes pride in what we do and gets a lot of satisfaction seeing our hard work all put back together!
We hope this helps ease any fears you may have about working with us. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to let us know and we answer them for you!
